Her foster parents were both humans with Japanese bloodline, hence her name which was after the Japanese mask stage performance.

Her parents were shunned by the rest of their family, except for her aunt, because of her appearance as a child so she didn't and doesn't tell anybody about her race, nor does she know much about her kin. She is the only changeling she knew so far.

Changeling Appearance

eyes : white with a hint of blue, almost like the colour of the blue moon. They appear to be glowing, but were they?
hair : clear platinum silver
complexion : pale purple without any beauty marks
features : soft. There are no distinct features. Much like a doll but with pointy ears, yet no one had ever seen her real face after she reached adolescents

Abilities

Humanoid strength and speed.
Enhance senses. Including her intuition.
Able to transform into any animals that she touched (aquatic animals excluded).
Could alter any of her body parts to her liking.

Limitations

Can't transform into something bigger than her. (e.g: If she transforms into an adult bear, it will be a small size bear, not the actual size)
Can't transform into another human fully as she specializes in animals.
Can't create something that wasn't there in the first place (e.g: gills, fairy wings, etc)
Can't transform into plants
